Where are my parcels?

To track your parcels you will need to have an account with Jobyco, you will also need your Booking reference, this is the number that starts with #JB.

You will also need one of the following:

  • Your Postcode (The one you registered to your account, not the pickup/delivery postcode).
  • The Telephone/Mobile phone you registered with in international format. For example 01582 574569 becomes (+44) 1582 574569
